Title:Administrative Assistant - Central Administration Office

We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, customer service driven individual who embodies our values of compassion, integrity, and respect.


  • Serves as the receptionist for the Central Administration building by answering and transferring phone calls, screening when necessary, and welcoming and directing visitors and clients.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Provides advanced level of administrative support to CEO, management, and Board of Directors as directed.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for CEO and managers.
  • Attends monthly Board of Directors meetings, records minutes, assembles and distributes board packets, coordinates RSVP’s and room reservations and/or virtual meeting invites.
  • Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares reports for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, Advisory Committee, and Board of Directors as assigned.
  • Prepares reports and documents utilizing spreadsheets, databases, or applicable computer system applications.
  • Prepares agendas for, schedules, and attends meetings as assigned, recording proceedings, and preparing minutes.
  • Performs general office duties, such as ordering and maintaining supplies and preparing and managing work orders.
  • Organizes and assists in the preparation, submission, and monitoring of State contract and funding applications, grant applications, site review documents, and other reports according to established schedules and deadlines as directed.
  • Acts as primary person responsible for general maintenance of the agency website and social media platforms.
  • Adheres to all standards of confidentiality, assuring confidentiality of clients, clinical materials, and all legally protected information at all times and in all modalities, including verbal, written, and electronic communications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3+ years experience in administrative support
  • Advanced proficiency in basic computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite/365 and willing to learn other applications.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background screening

Hours:Generally Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour designated lunch break.
