Stress Relief to Go

Stress Relief to Go sets out various ways to help reduce one's stress levels.  It is written in simple language and has plenty of nice pictures, some of which illustrate the techniques it explains.  It has five chapters, the explain the causes of stress, starting the day, travelling, improving one's work environment, and coping with family and friends.  It discusses all aspects related to stress, including diet, sleep habits, difficult people at work, sitting postures, and clutter on one's desk.  It recommends yoga, meditation, changing one's attitudes, changing one's travel habits, reorganizing one's life, and even ideas such as aromatherapy.  The book can be a little uncritical in its suggestions, since some stress-relief methods are better tested than others.  Notably, the book does not propose any medical solutions.  It would most useful for people who are just starting to think about how to make their lives less stressful.
