(viewing 1 - 2 of 2)Youthbeyondblue The Check-in
The Check-in app was designed by beyondblue and Two Bulls in consultation with young people to help take the fear out of having a conversation with a friend who might be struggling. The app takes you through four steps getting you to think about where you might check in, what you might say and how might you support your friend. There is also a section showing you things to consider, such as what if my friend denies there is a problem or what if I say something silly. After you have had your conversation you can go back into the app and rate how it went. The app will then give you advice on the next steps.

The Kissy Project App is a pro-recovery app for teenagers with an eating disorder. This app is a tool to create a positive mindset, to believe in yourself and to discover your inner-strength. Kirsten Hertog created ?The Kissy Project? while suffering from Anorexia Nervosa & Binge Eating Disorder to share her journey and motivate other teenagers to believe in recovery. Ever since choosing recovery, Kissy writes in a journal on a daily basis, challenges herself with weekly tasks and is inspired by motivational quotes, videos & songs.
